{"id":3282,"date":"2024-11-13T23:59:35","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T23:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.umbv.edu.ve\/?p=3282"},"modified":"2024-11-13T23:59:35","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T23:59:35","slug":"apertura-del-ano-academico-2024-2025-de-la-universidad-militar-bolivariana-de-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.umbv.edu.ve\/?p=3282","title":{"rendered":"APERTURA DEL A\u00d1O ACAD\u00c9MICO 2024- 2025 DE LA UNIVERSIDAD MILITAR BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 27 de septiembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Lecci\u00f3n Magistral con motivo a la Apertura del A\u00f1o Acad\u00e9mico 2024- 2025 de la Universidad Militar Bolivariana de Venezuela (UMBV), en el teatro de la AMEB, ubicado en la ciudad de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" data-id=\"3283\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umbv.edu.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/1731540637873.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3283\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La actividad se realiz\u00f3 con motivo al inicio del a\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico 2024- 2025 la cual fue dirigida por Freddy \u00d1\u00e1\u00f1ez, Vicepresidente Sectorial de Comunicaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Turismo y Ministro de Comunicaci\u00f3n e Informaci\u00f3n de Venezuela, el evento se desarroll\u00f3 en las instalaciones del teatro de la Academia Militar del Ej\u00e9rcito Bolivariano (AMEB), donde estuvo presente el GJ Vladimir Padrino L\u00f3pez, vicepresidente sectorial de Defensa y Ministro del Poder Popular para la Defensa, el GJ Domingo Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00e1rez, Comandante Estrat\u00e9gico Operacional de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana, el MG F\u00e9lix Ram\u00f3n Osorio Guzm\u00e1n, Viceministro de Educaci\u00f3n para la Defensa y Rector de la Universidad Militar Bolivariana de Venezuela, y dem\u00e1s autoridades pertenecientes a las filas de la FANB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La lecci\u00f3n magistral estuvo basada en la \u2018Guerra cognitiva\u2019, y en la \u201cFilosof\u00eda\u201d, tema que abandera el ministro Freddy \u00d1\u00e1\u00f1ez, en su saber, y la guerra, tema de dominio para los integrantes de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana. La filosof\u00eda nace de los cimientos b\u00e1sicos de la guerra, de esa guerra que nunca se dio relato el ministro al inicio de la ponencia.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la ponencia el ministro \u00d1\u00e1\u00f1ez, explic\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de una an\u00e9cdota del poeta Homero, la naturaleza que representa al ser humano y subrayo el valor que tiene el relato, la imagen y la sensibilidad para el mismo, y a su vez el exponente resalt\u00f3 lo siguiente: \u201cEl ser humano tiene la necesidad f\u00edsica, espiritual, y psicol\u00f3gica de recrear su existencia en este mundo\u201d, frase que uso para dar un contexto inicial al tema que manejo durante su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En medio de la exposici\u00f3n de \u00d1\u00e1\u00f1ez, se describi\u00f3 de una forma gr\u00e1fica la distribuci\u00f3n del cerebro y explico como las zonas m\u00e1s vulnerables del mismo son usadas de forma cognitiva como t\u00f3pico para la guerra, ya que el cerebro humano tiene diferentes zonas y se ocupa de diferentes operaciones a la vez, estudio que resulta de la evoluci\u00f3n de las ciencias aplicadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" data-id=\"3284\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umbv.edu.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/1731540637911.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3284\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el ministro de Comunicaci\u00f3n e Informaci\u00f3n de Venezuela Freddy \u00d1\u00e1\u00f1ez, concluy\u00f3 su exposici\u00f3n explicando que un tercero a trav\u00e9s del conocimiento de las zonas l\u00edmites del cerebro, la personalidad y la sistematizaci\u00f3n de datos \u00a0logra vulnerar, estresar y de esta manera exponer a los individuos a un estado emocional l\u00edmite que lo termina convirtiendo a la persona en un verdugo a trav\u00e9s de herramientas o veh\u00edculos comunicacionales creados con este prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
